Warranty Issues

radianqbio.ae offer up to two (2) year warranty on their main AED machine . If you feel that the product you received has a manufacturer defect, please contact us as soon as you can at  (info@radianqbio.ae)

We will accept the return MAIN AED Machine Only that has manufacturing defects with exchange. If the product you purchased has defective materials and/or workmanship, please contact Please email our returns department on info@radianqbio.ae

Return items

We will not accept returns on products that have been opened. Please take precautionary measures to insure you have the final decision. For your convenience, you can check carefully the detailed product page and mask sizing gauges.

All AED machines that experiencing functional issues and passed manufacturer warranty period may be able to be repaired by radianqbio.ae in UAE only.

Order Canceling
