radianqbio.ae offer (8) years warranty on their main AED machine units against manufacturing defects. If you feel that the product you received has a manufacturer defect, please contact us as soon as you can at  (info@radianqbio.ae)

We will accept the return of main AED Machine that has manufacturing defects only. If the product you purchased has defective materials and/or workmanship, please contact Please email (info@radianqbio.ae)

All AED machines that experiencing functional issues and passed manufacturer warranty period may be able to be repaired by radianqbio.ae in UAE only.
